WRAP & PACK
Load Stability Process
Load Stability is KEY for successful goods shipping. Studies show that at least 4% of all transported goods are damaged in transit.
Are you ready to solve the problem?
Step 1. It starts with a Load Stability Audit
We’ll assess the current wrapping process, which will include what Load Stability is being achieved, your cost per pallet wrapped, the current consumption of plastic/CO2 per pallet wrapped and the performance of your current Machinery.
We then test our films and compare the results. Using our high-end equipment, providing accurate data, we show the improvements of Load Stability on the whole pallet.
Our team will make the necessary changes to your current equipment to get the best out of the film or offer replacement/alternative equipment if the findings show there can be significant improvements made.
Step 2. The Load Stability Report
Our Stretch Film specialists will produce a detailed report which we will go through with you.
We will highlight the next steps which would usually be a trial film and additionally new machinery.
Our experts will then come to your location and provide installation of new/existing Machinery, to ensure that you maximize the performance of your film and Machinery.
Step 3. Management and Maintenance
You will have a dedicated Account Manager for your Load Stability solutions that will process any orders and provide telephone support.
Our Load Stability package includes regular testing from one of our professionals, ensuring the wrap and machinery are performing as they should be.
We will also keep you updated with new innovations that we bring to market, ensuring that you are always offered the best products that we supply.
